About Peptide Alliance

Peptide Alliance is a published standard for US peptide sellers. It screens the seller, not the peptide, and records what each seller does and does not publish.

What the site does

Every seller in the ledger is checked against the same 8 criteria of Standard v1.1: a licensed prescriber, prescription gating, a named filling pharmacy, compounding disclosure, testing documents, a business address, a printed price and FDA enforcement. The ledger holds 131 records, 87 of them telehealth services. GLP-1 drugs such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are peptides, so their sellers are screened on the same terms.

Each disposition carries its source and the month it was read. The site also keeps a record of 22 FDA warning letters that name sellers in the ledger or the products they sell.

Who writes it

Records are written and maintained by Paul Harris, Standards Editor. The site gives no medical advice; see the medical disclaimer.

How it is funded

Some sellers pay a commission when care starts through a link on their record. Those links are labeled as partner links on the page where they appear. Payment never changes a disposition, and a paid seller is screened on the same eight criteria as every other. The full terms are on funding and disclosure.

Corrections

A seller or reader who finds a fact out of date can write to the desk; details are on the contact page. A corrected record states its new reading date.
