v1.1August 2026S8 re-scoped from Enforcement record to Enforcement status. A warning letter is now recorded and dated on the seller record rather than failing the criterion; the failing disposition is reserved for an action that halts the business, such as an injunction, consent decree, or seizure. Every letter recorded in this ledger cites a labeling or advertising provision, or an unapproved-drug provision, and none records an action that halted a business; the count and the sections cited are on the warning-letter pages. Two dispositions changed under this revision: Direct Meds and Swiss Chems.
