A criterion never changes meaning silently. Every revision lands here with a version and a date, and the ledger records dispositions against a stated version.

v1.1August 2026S8 re-scoped from Enforcement record to Enforcement status. A warning letter is now recorded and dated on the seller record rather than failing the criterion; the failing disposition is reserved for an action that halts the business, such as an injunction, consent decree, or seizure. Most warning letters concern marketing and labeling claims. Two dispositions changed under this revision: Direct Meds and Swiss Chems.
