Terms of use

These terms govern the use of peptidealliance.org, the Standard published on it, and the seller ledger recorded against that Standard. Each clause is numbered.

T1Acceptance

Reading this site accepts these terms. A reader who does not accept them should stop reading and close the page.

These terms apply to every page on peptidealliance.org, including the Standard, the ledger, the criterion pages, the changelog, and this page.

T2What this publication is

This site publishes two things: a versioned sourcing standard, and a public ledger recording how named sellers measure against it.

The Standard is a list of published criteria. The ledger is a table of dispositions, each with a basis, a source, and a date.

Both are editorial work. Both are published so that a reader can repeat a check rather than take a conclusion on trust.

T3What this publication is not

This site is not a pharmacy and dispenses nothing. It is not a prescriber and writes no prescription.

It is not a telehealth service, a medical practice, or a clinical provider. Reading it creates no clinician relationship and no duty of care.

It is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. It gives no financial advice and no tax advice.

It publishes no medical advice. The medical disclaimer states that limit in full and is incorporated into these terms.

T4No certification and no accreditation

This site is not a certifying body, an accrediting body, a licensing body, or a regulator. It holds no delegated authority from any government.

It issues no certificate, no license, no seal, no accreditation, and no approval. A seller cannot apply for one, cannot qualify for one, and cannot buy one, because none exists.

A PASS in the ledger is a reading of published evidence against a published criterion. It is not an endorsement, a warranty of quality, or a statement that a seller is safe.

The word alliance in the site name describes an editorial position, not a membership organization. No seller is a member of anything here, and no seller has joined anything.

Any representation by a third party that this site has certified, accredited, approved or endorsed it is false and unauthorized.

T5Eligibility

This site is intended for adults in the United States. It is not offered to a person under eighteen.

A reader outside the United States is welcome to read it, but the material is written against United States regulation and may be wrong or irrelevant elsewhere.

T6License to read and cite

A reader is granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read this site and to print or save pages for personal reference.

Quotation is welcome on three conditions: 1. the quotation is accurate. 2. the source is named as Peptide Alliance. 3. a link points to the canonical page quoted.

A quoted disposition must carry its recorded date. Clause T10 states why the date is part of the claim rather than decoration on it.

Quoting the Standard version number alongside a criterion is encouraged. The Standard is versioned precisely so a citation can be pinned.

T7Reserved rights

All rights not granted in T6 are reserved. The text of the Standard, the criterion definitions, the ledger records, the basis and source text, the page design, and the site name are the property of the publisher.

Wholesale reproduction is not licensed. Republishing the Standard in full, mirroring the ledger, or reproducing a substantial part of either exceeds the license in T6.

Building a derivative ledger, a competing register, or a database product from these records is not licensed. Applying the published criteria to sellers independently is not only permitted but intended.

Facts are not owned by anyone. The arrangement, selection, expression and dating of these records are the work protected here.

T8Automated collection

Automated collection at a rate or scale that burdens the site is not permitted. Neither is collection that circumvents an access control or a rate limit.

Search engine crawling that respects the site's robots file is permitted and welcome. The machine-readable summary published at the site's llms.txt path exists to be read.

The outbound redirect path is disallowed to crawlers. Requesting it programmatically corrupts the click record and is not permitted.

T9Dispositions are dated readings

A disposition records what published evidence showed on the date printed on the record. It is a statement about that date and about nothing later.

Seller pages change after they are read. A price moves, a pharmacy is added, a disclosure is deleted, and the record does not follow until it is re-checked.

NOT VERIFIED is a field value, not a finding. It records that a check is incomplete. It counts neither for a seller nor against one.

The method page states what counts as evidence and how a null is resolved. It is incorporated into these terms.

T10Supersession and correction

A disposition may be superseded at any time by a later reading. The later reading governs and carries its own date.

A reported error is checked against the source and corrected with a dated note. Correction is the remedy this site offers and the one it takes seriously.

Nothing on this site is a promise that a record is current at the moment it is read. The date on the record is the honest statement of currency.

T11Third-party destinations

Links leave this site. A destination's content, prices, claims, terms and privacy practices are its own.

A link is not an endorsement. A link to a seller with failing criteria exists so the reader can check the record against the source.

Verify anything you are about to act on at its primary source before acting. Prices and regulatory postures change faster than any register.

T12Affiliate compensation

Some outbound links are partner links, and this site earns a commission on care started through them. The reader pays nothing additional.

The funding page states exactly which surfaces carry a partner link and which never do. It is incorporated into these terms.

A commercial relationship does not satisfy a criterion and does not change a disposition. Dispositions are not for sale.

T13Trademarks

Brand and company names used here identify what is being discussed and belong to their owners. The trademarks page records who owns what.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any manufacturer or seller written about here.

T14Warranty disclaimer

This site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. That disclaimer is made to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No warranty is given of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. No warranty is given that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

No warranty is given that a record is accurate, complete or current at the moment of reading. What is claimed is stated in T9: a reading of named sources on a printed date.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is so, the exclusion applies only as far as that state permits.

T15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of this site.

That exclusion covers lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, and loss arising from reliance on a record, whether the claim sounds in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing is charged to read this site, and that figure reflects it.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Some states do not allow certain limitations, and there the limitation applies only as far as permitted.

T16Indemnification

A reader agrees to indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from any claim arising out of that reader's misuse of this site.

Misuse includes breach of these terms, reproduction beyond the license in T6, automated collection prohibited by T8, and any representation that this site certified or endorsed anything.

The obligation covers reasonable legal fees and costs. The publisher may take over the defense of any matter subject to this clause.

T17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Delaware conflict-of-law rules do not apply to that choice.

T18Venue

Any claim arising from these terms or from this site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive an objection based on inconvenient forum.

T19Amendment

These terms may change. A change carries a new effective date, printed above the title, on the day the change is made.

Continued reading after that date accepts the changed terms. Prior versions are not archived on this site.

T20Severability and waiver

If a clause is held unenforceable, that clause is limited or severed and the remaining clauses stay in force.

A failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it. A waiver is effective only in writing and only for the instance it names.

T21Entire agreement

These terms, together with the pages they incorporate, are the entire agreement between reader and publisher regarding this site.

The incorporated pages are five: the privacy notice, the funding page, the medical disclaimer, the trademarks page, and the method page.

These terms are personal to the reader and may not be assigned. The publisher may assign them with the site.
