Corrections to a record

Name the seller and the criterion, and link the seller's own public page that shows the change. A record is updated from the seller's public pages, so a page link settles a correction faster than a description of it. A changed record states its new reading date.

Sellers

A seller that has published a pharmacy, a testing document, an address or a price since its record was taken can send the page where it now appears. Paying the site does not change a disposition; see funding and disclosure.

Medical questions
