S3. Pharmacy identification
The seller names the pharmacy that fills its orders. The name must identify a real facility.
Compounded drugs are only as good as the facility that makes them. A named pharmacy can be looked up, licensed, inspected, and held to account. An unnamed one cannot. S3 is the difference between a supply chain and a claim.
Check method
The seller's pages and terms are searched for a pharmacy presented as the filling facility. A name plus a state records as satisfied.
What fails
The phrase 'a licensed US partner pharmacy' names nothing and fails S3. So does silence.
Findings from this criterion
How many peptide sellers name the pharmacy that fills the order? A minority. Most sellers substitute a legal category, such as a licensed 503A pharmacy, for a facility a reader could look up in a state board register.
