How many peptide sellers name the pharmacy that fills the order?

8 of the 25 sellers in the ledger name the pharmacy that fills the order. 16 do not. 1 record carries a null, because the seller has no storefront left to check.

Criterion S3, pharmacy identification, asks for a name that identifies a real facility. A category is not a name. The census below was run on 2026-08-31 against Standard v1.1, over every record in the ledger, and the full roster sits at the foot of this page so the count can be repeated.

The number, with both denominators

Of the 25 sellers recorded, 8 satisfy S3 and 16 fail it. One seller is excluded from the numerator and named here rather than counted: Peptide Sciences. Against the adjusted denominator of 24 checked sellers, the count is still 8.

The split by kind is sharper than the total. Among the 19 telehealth services, 8 name a filling pharmacy and 11 do not. Among the 6 research vendors, none names one, 5 fail S3 because no pharmacy is involved in the sale at all, and one carries a null.

What stands in place of a name

The two kinds fail S3 for opposite reasons, and the difference matters. A failing telehealth record substitutes a legal category for a facility. A failing research vendor names no pharmacy because it says no pharmacy is involved: Biotech Peptides states in its footer that it is neither a compounding pharmacy under 503A nor an outsourcing facility under 503B. Four of the telehealth phrases were read first-hand and are quoted verbatim below. The rest sit in each seller's own record, in the roster at the foot of this page.

Two of those four invoke section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by number. Section 503A is a legal category that thousands of pharmacies occupy, and citing it identifies no facility, no license, and no state. The other two name a country or a state instead. None of the four is a name a reader can carry to a state board of pharmacy.

MangoRx is the record where placement decides the answer. Its frequently asked questions describe “a Texas-based compounding pharmacy” and name nothing, while its terms and conditions name Epiq Scripts, LLC as the pharmacy providing fulfillment. S3 is checked against terms as well as marketing pages, so the record passes, and a reader who stops at the FAQ learns less than a reader who opens the terms.

What the sellers who name a pharmacy actually publish

Disclosure at the passing end is not minimal. He & She MD prints a pharmacy name, a street address and a telephone number. SnagRx and Embody print four pharmacies with street addresses and telephone numbers on both storefronts. Eden names four partner pharmacies with street addresses. Ro names its own pharmacy and three licensed locations, and does not name the compounding partners that make its compounded products. Care Bare Rx and Synergy Rx each print four pharmacy names.

The same facility recurs. Epiq Scripts is named in 3 of the 25 records in the ledger: Care Bare Rx, MangoRx, Synergy Rx. Naming a shared facility is a disclosure, not a defect, and it is the only reason the overlap is visible at all.

Why the question is not decorative

A named pharmacy can be looked up in a state board register, checked for licensure, and read against inspection history. A category cannot. In February 2026 the Food and Drug Administration wrote to Strut Health, LLC about exactly this gap, stating that its website labeling suggested it compounded its own products when it did not, and asking it to identify the entities that produce the compounded products offered on its website. The letter alleges and does not adjudicate, it did not halt the business, and the seller still trades. It is recorded and dated on the Strut Health record under S8, which fails a seller only where an action stopped it operating.
