Which laboratories sign the research vendors' test reports?
28 of the 49 research vendors in the ledger publish a test report that names the laboratory that ran it, and between them they name 17 laboratories. 2 of those laboratories state an ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation on their own sites and link the accreditor's certificate.
Criterion S5, analytical documentation asks whether a reader can open a document. This piece asks the next question: whose name is on it. A certificate is only as independent as the laboratory that signs it, and a reader who knows the laboratory can look it up.

Of the 49 research-vendor records, 28 link a report that names a laboratory. 2 publish reports that name no laboratory at all: Nootropic Source, Nordsci. 1 publishes reports it issued itself: Hongkong Peptide Sciences. The remaining 18 link no report a reader can open, or show nothing without an account, or have closed. 3 of the 49 have closed and are counted where their reports can still be opened.

What accreditation does and does not cover
Vanguard Laboratory. Its site states that its ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation is listed by A2LA under certificate 6377.01, valid through September 30, 2027, and that the accreditation applies to the specific tests in the published scope. Its reports refer the reader to that certificate for the list of accredited tests.
Ethos Analytics. Its site is headed ISO 17025 Analytical Testing Laboratory and links a Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation certificate, number 117798, for biological and chemical testing under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, expiring June 30, 2028. The accreditor's own directory was not checked.
An ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation covers the specific tests listed in the laboratory's scope, not every report it issues. Whether a purity assay sits inside a scope is a question for the accreditor's published scope document, and it was not confirmed for either laboratory above. A laboratory with no statement on its site may still hold an accreditation; the site simply does not say so.
What this does not say
It does not rank the laboratories, and it does not say that a report from one is more trustworthy than a report from another. It records the name on each document and what each laboratory says about itself, as of September 2026, so a reader can take the next step.
