Four kinds of address, and a null

A pass under S6 is not one fact. An address can be an office, a building that exists to receive legal service for thousands of companies, or a mailbox rented by the month. Each record declares which, and the declaration is checked against the basis at build time in both directions.

A street address as printed means the record noted neither an agent nor a mailbox. It is not a finding that the address is an operating office. A registered-agent building that a record did not identify as one is counted in that row, and a later reading may move it. A registered-agent address is a legal service point: it is where a company receives process, and it satisfies S6 because a court and a regulator can reach the company there. When a company prints two

Several records carry more than one address, and the basis records both rather than choosing. As recorded on the date stated above, Mochi Health prints one San Francisco street in its terms and a different one in its privacy policy; LifeMD prints one New York address with two different postal codes across its terms and its privacy policy; Eden prints a Denver office on its help page and a Wilmington registered agent in its terms, and the Denver office is the address the Food and Drug Administration wrote to; Ivim Health prints a Columbus office and a registered office in Flint, Michigan. None of these is a failure under S6. Each is a fact a reader comparing two pages of one site would otherwise have to reconcile alone.

Why the question is not decorative

An address is the minimum unit of accountability. Regulators, couriers and courts all need one, and a drug seller that cannot say where it is has decided not to be findable. The kind of address matters for the same reason: a court can serve a registered agent, but a reader cannot visit one, and a seller that prints only an agent has answered the legal question and not the practical one. The ledger records both answers so a reader can tell them apart.
